Para alegría de las frioleras como yo, este invierno las prendas de punto están de moda. Ya no tenemos que pasar frío, luciendo tops finitos para estar en la última, en todas las tiendas podemos encontrar ropa de punto de todo tipo de colores y modelos. El punto es un must, no solo en prendas, así que nosotros también nos hemos unido a la moda y hemos hecho colgantes y broches con arcilla polimérica FIMO, imitando la textura del tejido de punto.

 

Ahora que Navidad está cada vez más cerca y estamos buscando regalitos para nuestros más allegados, un detallito hecho de punto sería el regalo perfecto. Broches/Brooches NM Designs

Buenas! Hoy os presento otro producto mío del que todavía no os había hablado: los broches. En realidad, nunca había pensado hacer broches con FIMO hasta que una amiga me encargó unos para hacer regalo. El resultado me encantó y decidí probar con más colores, formas y tamaños. Aquí os dejo fotos de unos con base de bronce y otros con base plateada, la forma de la base y el diseño que llevan por dentro son estilo "vintage", todos llevan motivos florales. Los colores y los diseños se pueden personalizar a gusto del cliente. Como dije antes, todos están hechos 100% a mano con arcilla polimérica FIMO... y con mucho amor. Espero que os gusten!

Hi! This post is dedicated to our brooch collection. If I have to be honest, I had never thought of making brooches, but one day a friend of mine asked me to design two brooches for her to give away as a present. I loved the result and decided to try some more colors, shapes and sizes. Below you can find several brooches from my brooch collection, with a bronze or a silver base, the shapes and the inner design have a "vintage" style, all of them have floral motifs. Clients have the possibility to customize the colors and the designs. All of the brooches are 100% handmade, made out of polymer clay FIMO. Hope that you like them!

Buenas! Hoy estoy con espíritu de blanco y azul, os presento un nuevo collar que hice con estampados Paisley (o Cachemir como se suele conocer también) en color menta, celeste y blanco. Está hecho con arcilla polimérica FIMO, he usado menta para la base y celeste y blanco para los estampados. El contraste de azul y blanco me encanta y es muy veraniego, lo he combinado con un bolso blanco y unas bailarinas en tonos azul y blanco, que también llevan estampados Paisley (ambos de MARYPAZshoes). El collar, las bailarinas y el bolso combinan a la perfeción, y de ropa... siempre que sea "total white" para tener un look perfecto!

Hi, I'm in a "White and Blue" mood today. I would like to show you a new necklace with Paisley prints in mint, light blue and white. It's made out of polymer clay FIMO, I have used mint for the base and white and light blue for the prints. I love the contrast between blue and white, and I think that it's very appropriate for the summer. I have matched it with white bag and a pair of ballerina shoes with white and blue Paisley motifs (both by MARYPAZshoes). I have chosen white outfit for a perfect "white and blue" look. Buenos días! El verano es época de fiestas, así que en nuestra sección "GET THE LOOK" hoy tenemos una propuesta de un look de fiesta. He elegido un vestido precioso de PRONOVIAS de la coleción fiesta 2014, es el vestido ROMAINE, es un vestido corto, con encaje en la parte superior. He combinado este traje con mis pendientes PRIMAVERA, que tienen petalos verdes como el verde del traje, y también le aportan un toque de contraste y frescura. A esta combinación le he añadido las sandalias cruzadas en dorado mate de +MARYPAZshoes y un clutch, también en dorado, de +MANGO. Espero que el resultado os encante. Hasta la próxima!

Hi! As you know, summer is a party season, so my look proposal in our "GET THE LOOK" section today is a party look proposal. I have chosen a wonderful dress by PRONOVIAS, it's green and it has lace in its upper part. I have thought that my earrings PRIMAVERA would be perfect for this dress, they have some green petals, and it also brings a touch of contrast and freshness to the whole outfit. And the finishing touch to today's look are the sandals in gold matte by MARYPAZshoes and a clutch by MANGO. I hope that you like the result. Stay tuned!

Collar/Necklace "Mar Salada" NM Designs

Buenos días! El post de hoy va sobre un collar nuevo que intenté hacer usándo la técnica con sal. El collar se llama "Mar Salada", es un collar largo con bolitas que empiezan por color melocotón que poco a poco se va mezclando con el blanco, y del blanco se pasa gradualmente a color menta/turquesa. Una estrella de mar de color menta/turquesa le da un toque de contraste y originalidad. Es como si te imaginaras cómo la arena en la orilla se mezclase con las olas del mar. Mi principal idea era bañar las bolitas de FIMO y la estrella en sal, y después de hornear quitarsela para que se queden los huecos, pero al ver el efecto de la sal que le daba, como si pequeños cristalitos se habían incrustados en las bolas, me encantó y decidí dejarlos de esta forma. Aquí os dejo algunas fotos del resultado final, espero que os guste tanto como a mí. Hasta pronto!

Hi everyone! Today's post is about a new necklace that I made using the "salt technique". It's a long necklace, I called it "Mar Salada" or "Salted Sea" in English; I have mixed three colors for its beads, starting with peach color, blending it to white and then from white to mint/turquoise. A mint/turquoise starfish adds a touch of contrast and freshness to the whole necklace. Try to imagine it, it's like the sand on the beach blending with the waves. First, my idea was to roll the FIMO beads in salt and then remove it after baking, but then I loved the effect that the salt gave the beads, it is as if small crystals were embeded into them, so I decided to leave it as it is. Buenas! El post de hoy es sobre mi última inspiración. Hace poco descubrí la técnica Soutache, es tan versátil, elegante y de aspecto lujoso... Me fascinó tanto que intenté ponerlo en práctica, pero en vez de hilo soutache y piedras he usado arcilla polimérica FIMO de Straedtler. La técnica es complicada, pero al mismo tiempo da muchas posibilidades para diseñar y crear. El collar que os enseño abajo, Summer Sunshine, lo hice guiándome por esta técnica, creo que el resultado es impresionante. He usado tres colores FIMO, para las "piedras" el color citrino, y para los "hilos" el color blanco brillante, cuarzo azul y cuarzo citrino. Es un poco dificil describirlo, así que os dejo algunas fotos del proceso de creación. Espero que el resultado final os guste tanto como a mí!

Hi everyone! Today's post on my blog is about my latest inspiration. I have recently discovered the Soutache jewelry, it's so versatile, elegant and luxury looking... I was so fascinated that I tried to put it in practice, but instead of soutache thread, beads and stones, I used polymer clay FIMO by +STAEDTLER Mars. The soutache technique is complicated, but at the same time it gives you a lot of freedom to design. The necklace below (Summer Sunshine) is made using this technique, and I think that the result is stunning. I have used three FIMO colors: citrin, for the "stones", and for the "threads" I have used glitter white, blue ice quartz and citrin again. It's difficult to describe, so I leave you some pics from the creation process, I hope you like the final result!

Buenas! Ya estamos en Miércoles otra vez y como cada semana, hoy tenemos la sección "GET THE LOOK". El look que he elegido hoy es muy floral, como ya habéis visto los estampados florales son el hit esta temporado, los encotramos en todo tipo de prendas y accesorios. Esta vez he decidido que en vez de collar, usaré solo los pendientes "Primavera" (hechos a mano por NM Designs), ya que los pendientes son bastante grandes y sería demasiado cargado si a éstos le añadimos un collar. Mi lema es "menos es más". He pensado que los pendientes irían muy bien con una falda-pantalón con estampado floral como éste de @SUITEBLANCO y con un top corto con textura, también de @SUITEBLANCO. Y para terminar el look, me he decantado por unos zapaton de tacón y un sobre de mano en color rojizo de @MARYPAZShoes. Espero que os haya gustado. Hasta el próximo Miércoles!

Hi everyone! It's Wednesday again, and again, we have a new post in our GET THE LOOK section. Today's look is very floral, as you know, floral prints are in full bloom this year, we can find them in all kind of clothing and accessories. Today I have chosen our "Primavera" earrings (handmade, by NM Designs), and because they are big enough, I have decided not use any necklaces with it. My motto is "less is more". I have thought that the "Primavera" earrings could match very well with floral culottes and a white short top, both by @SUITEBLANCO. And I have finished today's floral look with a pair of red heeled strappy sandals and a red flap portfolio bag, both seen on @MARYPAZShoes. I hope that you like the result! Stay tuned!

Mezclando colores con FIMO/Color Blend with FIMO

Hola a tod@s! Hoy os enseñaré una técnica que he usado en mi próxima colección (muy pronto a la venta), he intentado mezclar tres colores y el resultado me ha parecido genial. Como ya sabéis, todos mis productos están hechos con arcilla polimérica FIMO, bueno pues, he mezclado tres colores de arcilla: melocotón pastel, cuarzo azul y jade verde, haciéndo escalas de tres colores.

Buenos días! Para nuestro "GET THE LOOK" de hoy he elegido unos accesorios que una suele usar para salir de fiesta o para ocasiones especiales, pero yo he decidido conjuntarlos con ropa más casual. No suelo hacer este tipo de combinaciones, pero el resultado me ha encantado, me parece sofisticado y al mismo tiempo juvenil y moderno. He elegido un collar con motivos florales de nuestra colección Primavera/Verano (hecho con arcilla polimérica FIMO) y lo he combinado con unas sandalias con tacón alto de Stradivarius y un bolso de ZARA (ambos en color celeste, un tono muy parecido al del collar). De ropa he escogido unos shorts vaqueros y un top corto de Blanco, y el resultado lo podéis ver vosotras mismas. A mí me encanta el look y espero que a vosotras también. El próximo GET THE LOOK viene el siguiente Miércoles, así que no os lo perdáis!

Hi! For today's "GET THE LOOK" I have combined casual clothing with accessories which one usually uses on suite occasions. I loved the result, I find it sophisticated and at the same time very youthful and trendy. The accessories I have chosen for this look are: one of the necklaces from my Spring/Summer collection (100% handcrafted and made of polymer clay FIMO), that I have matched with light blue pumps by Stradivarius and a light blue bag by ZARA. I have combined them with denim shorts and a white short top by Blanco. You can check the result by yourself, I love the look and I hope that you will love it too. Colección Anillos/ Rings Collection NM Designs

Buenos días! Llevaba mucho tiempo pensando en sacar una colección de anillos, y por fín ha llegado el momento. Os presento seis anillos (iré haciendo más a lo largo de estos meses), todos llevan diseños únicos hecho por mí y están hechos 100% a mano con arcilla polimérica FIMO. Podéis encontrar muchos motivos florales, geométricos y colores pastel que se llevan tanto este verano. A mí me encantan y espero que a vosotr@s también!

Buenos días a tod@s! Hoy vamos a hablar del color amarillo. Como probablemente ya habéis notado, he usado este color en muchos de los productos de nuestra Colección Primavera/Verano. Ya sabemos que el amarillo es uno de los colores de moda esta temporada, según el Instituto Pantone, pero no es el color amarillo en sí el que me encanta, si no la mezcla con colores pastel. La mayoría de las marcas de moda han incluido el amarillo en sus colecciones primaverales. Así que, deja las supersticiones aparte y atrévete, y no te olvides de los accesorios, son imprescindibles en tu "look" para estar preciosa!

Como ya sabéis, todos nuestros productos están hechos 100% a mano con arcilla polimérica FIMO. En este caso hemos usado el color Efecto Cítrico.

Good Morning everyone! Today I will talk about yellow. As you have probably seen, I have used this colour in most of the products of our Spring/Summer Collection. Vivid yellow is also one of the trendy colours this Spring/Summer according to the Pantone Colour Institute, but it's not the yellow itself that I like, but its combination with soft pastels. Most of the Fashion companies have included this color in their Spring/Summer collections, so put aside the superstitions and try it, and don't forget the accessories, they are essential in your look, and you will be fabulous!

As you know, we use polymer clay FIMO for all our products and they are 100% handmade. In this case, we have used Effect Citrin color.

Este verano, como en las anteriores temporadas de Primavera/Verano, el estilo marinero se lleva de nuevo. Lo encontramos en las colecciones de ropa y accesorios de la mayoría de las marcas de moda. El estilo “navy” me ha inspirado a mí también y he decidido experimentar con los clásicos blanco y azul marino, añadiéndoles rojo y dorado. Entre los productos, podéis encontrar una mezcla de colores y texturas, algo diferente y atrevido a lo mejor, pero espero que os gusten. Como siempre, he trabajado con arcilla polimérica FIMO  y todas las figuras están hechas 100% a mano. Y esto no es todo, pronto tendremos más modelos "marineros" en nuestra tienda online...

This summer, as in the last Spring/Summer seasons, navy style is very fashionable again; it can be found in the collections of clothing and accessories of most of the famous brands. Sailorstyle has inspired me this spring, and I decided to experiment with the classic white and dark blue, adding to them red and gold. In this collection, you can find a mixture of colours and textures, some of them maybe unusual and bold, but I hope that you will like them.
